Marie-Eve Lavoie is a promising young artist born in 2000. She began sketching as soon as she could hold a pen and started painting with acrylics at the age of 10. Her keen sense of observation and innate love of nature serve her well in her creating process. Whenever she’s out in the forest, on the water or just hanging around the yard and garden, her sketchbook is always ready to receive detailed drawing of the plants and animals that she observes.
Marie-Eve is always working on one project or another, whether it is drawing, painting, writing or wood carving. Her strong focus and careful attention to details brings success to all that she does.CLICK TO SEE MARIE-EVE’S PORTFOLIO
Born in 2004, Rafaële Lavoie is an original and imaginative young artist. She knows a lot about nature and animals and that knowledge plays an important part in her creativity. She also has a penchant for the darker side of things, which is well-balanced by her great sense of humour. She channels these various interests into unique works of art. At the moment, she favors simply sketching with a pencil, but as she experiments with various mediums, only time will tell which direction her art will take.
Rafaële is also an avid crafter and any material she can find is fair game, whether it comes from the outdoors or the recycling bin.CLICK TO SEE RAFAELE’S PORTFOLIO
Born in Quebec, Caroline Lavoie made her home near Prince George, BC in 1997. An animal lover, she always had a particular bond with horses, which showed early on through her art. Proximity to nature and various encounters with wildlife gave her the inspiration to venture outside of the barnyard and to explore art on the wild side.
Caroline is a self-taught artist and she has been painting with oils since the age of 14. Proud mother of two talented girls, she feels fortunate to be at home full-time for them. Life on the farm allows her to be in tune with the rhythm of the seasons and to be working outdoors a lot of the time.CLICK TO SEE CAROLINE’S PORTFOLIO
